Kilian Paris Assistant Project Manager, Marketing

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to fragrance product launches through varied product marketing missions including operational tracking of launches and dedicated commercial materials
• Coordinate consumer events and activations, managing logistics from conception through supplier coordination and on-site execution
• Develop and implement omnichannel CRM campaigns aligned with brand launches and regional EMEA priorities
• Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance data, prepare presentations and market syntheses with strategic recommendations
• Monitor selective market performance, manage monthly purchase orders, and translate packaging and marketing materials across multiple languages
• Support press and influencer events, prepare post-event analysis and budget reporting
• Collaborate directly with major account sales teams and retail distributors on commercial initiatives
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market trend analysis within the luxury fragrance segment
• Draft customer newsletters and oversee CRM program execution including email campaigns, print programs, and anniversary initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+4 minimum) in commerce, business administration, or marketing from an accredited institution
• Minimum six months of prior marketing experience in comparable roles, ideally within a luxury house or cosmetics company
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities; comfort with quantitative data and performance metrics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional fluency in French and English
• Organized, meticulous, and independent work approach
• Demonstrated curiosity, dynamism, and creative problem-solving ability
• Initiative-taking mentality with strong proposal-generation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative teamwork capabilities
• Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and priority management
• Sensitivity to and enthusiasm for luxury, fine fragrance, and beauty sectors

Skills

Experience

Minimum six months of hands-on marketing experience in product marketing, campaign coordination, or related marketing support functions, preferably within a luxury goods, cosmetics, or fragrance company.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac+4 minimum) in marketing, commerce, business administration, or related discipline from a business school or university; specialization in marketing preferred.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,400 per month.
