Kiehl’s is hiring a permanent, full-time Store Manager for its Bellevue Square location in Bellevue, Washington. The role supports store sales and individual targets, leads customer service and store operations, and trains employees; the salary range is $37–$39.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the District Manager in achieving store sales goals while meeting individual sales goals set by the management team.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and uphold customer service excellence standards.
- Build customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Execute short- and long-term plans in support of the store’s business strategy and goals.
- Lead productivity.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures.
- Train new store employees.
- Execute visual directives, educational selling tools and customer service standards effectively.
- Present products and the brand image appropriately while keeping the store neat and organized.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Retail and/or cosmetics experience preferred.
- Prior key-holder experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability to work two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered for this role.
- Spanish or Mandarin bilingual proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as needed, and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
