The Skincare Advisor represents Kiehl’s in its Chatswood store, reporting to the Store Manager and combining the brand’s apothecary heritage with skincare science to deliver personalized customer experiences. The role supports sales targets, consultations, visual merchandising, daily operations, store events and ongoing product expertise. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth skin consultations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored Kiehl’s skincare routines.
- Contribute to store sales targets by showcasing products and managing sales transactions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Represent Kiehl’s service, community and efficacy ethos, build customer loyalty, and share knowledge of its formulas and ingredients.
- Collaborate with the team to support smooth daily operations.
- Participate in store events.
- Develop expertise through training.
