Kiehl’s seeks a part-time Keyholder to support the Store Manager in achieving store and individual sales goals, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and carrying out opening and closing procedures. The role includes training new employees, enforcing policies and executing visual and selling directives; the schedule requires two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and uphold customer service excellence standards.
- Lead in productivity and maintain regular, punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals while meeting individual sales goals set by the management team.
- Execute short- and long-term plans in support of the store’s business strategy.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures.
- Train new store employees.
- Execute visual directives, educational selling tools and customer service standards effectively.
- Present products and the brand image while maintaining a neat, organized store.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Retail and/or cosmetics experience preferred.
- Prior keyholder experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Spanish or Mandarin bilingualism preferred.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
