Kiehl’s is hiring a Keyholder for a permanent, part-time role supporting store sales, customer service, product presentation and daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and training new employees. The role requires two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals while meeting individual sales goals set by the management team.
- Provide superior customer service, build customer relationships that encourage repeat business, and uphold customer service excellence standards.
- Execute short- and long-term plans in support of the store’s business strategy.
- Present products and the brand image effectively, while maintaining a neat and organized store.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and lead in productivity.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures.
- Train new store employees.
- Execute visual directives, educational selling tools, and customer service standards effectively.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Retail and/or cosmetics experience preferred.
- Prior keyholder experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
- Able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs and/or a ladder as needed, and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
