About Kiehl’s
Kiehl’s began in 1851 as an apothecary on the corner of Third Avenue and East 13th Street in Manhattan. Its skincare counters still offer consultations and samples, two practices handed down from the pharmacy.
Kiehl’s seeks a Brand Marketing Manager to support US brand strategy and lead campaigns, partnerships, consumer insights initiatives, and premium amenity programs. The role coordinates integrated marketing, research, performance analysis, and partner delivery, while coaching a direct report. Permanent, full-time; hybrid schedule of three days in the New York office and two days working from home.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategy and global guidelines into plans for assigned US marketing initiatives.
- Lead campaigns, partnerships, and growth-channel programs from briefing through execution and evaluation, aligned with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate integrated marketing across digital, social, retail, e-commerce, CRM, and in-store channels.
- Work with brand engagement teams and internal creative, experiential, and promotional partners to deliver community programs, events, sponsorships, and related assets.
- Manage assigned research projects with the Consumer & Market Insights team, including brand health studies, consumer panels, and focus groups; synthesize findings and share recommendations with the Director.
- Monitor brand and campaign performance, partnership results, consumer insights, and market trends; prepare presentations and updates with clear takeaways and recommendations.
- Lead monthly NIQ data pulls and analysis, monitoring market share, competitor activity, and US skincare category trends; flag relevant developments to the Director.
- Manage day-to-day execution of Kiehl’s US premium amenity programs within the agreed strategy, including partner coordination and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with hotels, fitness clubs, distribution partners, and internal teams—including demand planning, supply and operations, and customer service—to support program delivery.
- Maintain project plans, budgets, approvals, and performance reporting; identify risks early and propose practical solutions.
- Set priorities and provide feedback and coaching to a direct report.
