Kiehl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor for its Douglas counter in Rotterdam to advise customers on skincare, conduct skin analyses, demonstrate products and maintain the counter, while supporting the local team in improving the Kiehl’s experience. This is a 32-hour-per-week role with weekend and late-shopping availability; the position offers a bonus scheme, profit sharing, a thirteenth-month payment, holiday pay, training and product benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers on achieving optimal skin condition, from head to toe.
- Conduct skin analyses and provide in-depth product recommendations.
- Demonstrate products.
- Maintain an immaculate Kiehl’s counter.
- Support the local Douglas team in enhancing the Kiehl’s customer experience.
