Kiehl’s seeks a Beauty Advisor (Skin Pro) for 36–40 hours per week on a fixed-term contract at Bijenkorf Rotterdam. The role focuses on skincare consultations, skin analysis, product recommendations and demonstrations, maintaining the counter, and delivering a memorable brand experience; benefits include training, development opportunities and variable rewards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers on skincare routines, including through skin analysis and product recommendations.
- Give product demonstrations.

Qualifications
- Passion for skincare routines, serums and beauty.
- Authentic and enthusiastic personality, with the ability to inspire customers through a passion for Kiehl’s.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skincare skills.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and/or Sundays and occasional late shopping evenings.
- Residence in or near Rotterdam, with convenient access to Bijenkorf Rotterdam by public transport or bicycle.
- Fluent spoken Dutch.
