The Beauty Advisor represents Kiehl’s at partner department stores in Frankfurt am Main, delivering an excellent customer experience through skincare and fragrance expertise. This is a full-time, fixed-term position at 38.5 hours per week, involving sales, personalized consultations, counter promotions, administration and team service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales through target-oriented selling and proactive customer engagement to ensure a first-class brand experience.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations based on thorough analysis across the Kiehl’s portfolio.
- Independently implement and creatively contribute to sales-promotional activities at the counter.
- Reliably handle administrative processes to support efficient operating and sales procedures.
- Work actively as part of the team to uphold the highest service standards and customer satisfaction.
