Role & Responsibilities

• Administer the issuance, amendment, renewal and cancellation of bank guarantees across APAC markets.
• Liaise with banks, landlords, Finance and business stakeholders on bank guarantee requests; monitor expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals or releases.
• Maintain the bank guarantee master tracker and supporting documentation, reconcile outstanding guarantees monthly, and prepare reports on status, expiry schedules and outstanding exposure.
• Arrange bank guarantees for retail stores and offices in support of lease-related projects, and coordinate replacement of cash security deposits with bank guarantees where applicable.
• Monitor daily delivery and completeness of electronic bank statements (EBS), investigate and resolve missing or failed transmissions, and coordinate with banks, SAP support teams and Finance users on EBS issues.
• Support implementation of new bank accounts and entities requiring automated bank statement integration; maintain EBS documentation, bank format specifications and operational procedures.
• Coordinate payment terminal setup for new store openings, relocations, renovations and closures; support terminal applications and coordinate terminal returns, replacements and terminations.
• Liaise with payment service providers, acquiring banks and retail operations teams on Merchant ID requests.
• Support the Cash Management team with bank-to-bank fund transfers across APAC entities upon request.
• Prepare loan application, rollover and settlement documentation, and obtain required approvals from bank authorizers.
• Coordinate between Treasury, Finance, Retail Operations, the Shared Service Centre, Legal, the SAP tech team, banking partners and payment providers.
• Support APAC brands, including Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga and Kering, as well as other Group entities.
• Respond to and resolve operational requests from business stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Banking.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury and Shared Services, preferably in an MNC environment.
• Proficient business English, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proactive and effective communication with brands, the Internal Legal team and bank officers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience creating and using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate.
• Strong teamwork and sense of ownership.
• Learning agility, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using bank portals and a clear understanding of their workflows.
• Inquisitive and collaborative approach to working with other functions.
• Accountable, responsible, transparent and reliable.
• Good business acumen and understanding of cross-functional interdependencies.
• Experience with Diapason and Treasury knowledge of SAP are a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Process-oriented approach and strong documentation discipline.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Banking.
