Kering Treasury & Back-Office Analyst position in Paris. Control financial operations, manage cash pooling, and support daily treasury operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Control and verify financial operations initiated by the front office (foreign exchange, rates, commodities, financing, and placements), ensuring correct execution and reliable associated cash flows
- Monitor daily currency accounts, including account statement integration, balance reviews, and reconciliation of suspense items
- Manage daily currency cash pooling operations, including position tracking, forecasting, foreign exchange swaps, and balancing transactions
- Monitor and track guarantees and collateral positions
- Oversee corporate entities in SAP, including daily bank account reviews, current and exceptional payment controls, and loan/borrowing management
- Verify correct application of banking terms and conditions, including value dates, commissions, and fees
- Maintain and update back-office procedures documentation
- Actively contribute to departmental projects, including system upgrades, new entity integration, and process optimization
- Provide service continuity by serving as backup to the cash manager, managing daily group treasury operations and analysing treasury forecast variations
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+3 or higher education in commerce, engineering with banking/finance specialization, or university-level finance degree
- First professional experience in treasury management, back-office operations, accounting, or finance
- Rigorous attention to detail with excellent analytical capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within teams
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Diapaphone and SAP is advantageous
- Fluent English and French required
