Transport Logistics Financial Controlling Assistant at Kering Operations in Novara, Italy—support supply chain finance with cost analysis and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and monthly reports and analysis on transportation costs
- Support preparation of business plans and presentation of financial results
- Perform analysis on financial trajectories and cost trends
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with Finance Department and cross-functional teams to ensure group reporting for actual closing, budget, and forecast scenarios
- Implement and maintain cost center reporting with variance analysis versus budget and forecast
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics or similar field
- 2-3 years of experience in a controlling role within a multinational company
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of SAP, JD Edwards, and HFM systems
- Analytical mindset with strong methodological and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with flexibility and adaptability
- Fluent in both English and Italian

2-3 years of professional experience in a controlling or financial analysis role, preferably within a multinational corporation or luxury goods environment
