Role & Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze shipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and maintain the Interlog dashboard for financial accuracy.
  • Support data quality initiatives by cleaning account and master data.
  • Update budget forecasts with data from transport providers.
  • Conduct performance monitoring and data validation for transport and customs.
  • Maintain sustainability tracking tools through data normalization.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and data files upon request.
  • Create and maintain documentation for recurring activities and processes.
  • Provide comprehensive support to team members and adapt to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is advantageous. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is beneficial. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Adaptability to fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

Experience

No prior experience required, though familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
