Role & Responsibilities

  • Support collection, validation, and global maintenance of trade compliance requirements and product-related local certifications
  • Monitor and conduct deep-dive analysis of regulatory updates impacting trade compliance
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (brands, logistics, sourcing) and external partners on compliance matters
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and meetings to ensure alignment between operations and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain an accurate, structured, and up-to-date repository of certifications and supporting documentation

Qualifications

  • Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Law, Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • Fluent in English; Italian required
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (AS400 and SAP knowledge is a plus)
  • Interest in international trade, customs, and compliance regulations
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
