Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee omnichannel and data components, ensuring consistency and support with delivery leads.
  • Provide high-level technical estimates for initiative prioritization.
  • Design new features modifying system interactions and identify necessary configurations and developments.
  • Manage the data strategy, including data ingestion and utilization.
  • Coordinate with Architecture and Enterprise teams and lead projects during preliminary phases.
  • Act as Design Authority, making decisions and reporting to management.
  • Supervise and support internal and external resources and manage external staffing.
  • Provide cross-functional support as Design Authority across the full scope.
  • Maintain quality technical documentation and contribute to process documentation.
  • Assist in analyzing production incidents and track design planning.
  • Support Gate 1 and Gate 2 phases and follow up on build phases.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Italian is a strong asset.

Skills

Project management skills including requirements gathering, workshop organization, and coordination. Experience presenting design work to stakeholders. Proficiency with Confluence and Office suites. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to various audiences. Autonomous and comfortable with remote teams. Experience managing external resources.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems, with a strong functional understanding of an OMS, ideally Manhattan Active Omni.
