Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational execution of HR Cost Controlling tools and ensure adherence to defined processes, deadlines, and management rules
- Participate actively in monthly close processes, budget elaboration, and social indicator calculations
- Maintain functional and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Drive user adoption and optimal utilization of solutions through training sessions, workshops, and working meetings
- Champion change management initiatives and promote best practices across the organization
- Validate data quality and coherence from all sources
- Update reference data and master files as necessary
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents and data anomalies
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams at regional, divisional, and group levels to identify and implement improvements
- Contribute to continuous enhancement of tool reliability and performance
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in an IT HR environment
- Solid understanding of HR and Cost Controlling processes
- Strong knowledge of data management concepts and EPM solutions
- Proficiency with SAP Analysis for Office and/or SAP SAC (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work effectively within multi-functional and international teams
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in high-stakes, time-sensitive project environments
- Autonomy, proactivity, and strong sense of responsibility
- Team player with solid written and oral communication competencies capable of presenting concepts and recommendations at all organizational levels

3–5 years of progressive experience in an IT-HR environment, demonstrating solid command of HR and Cost Controlling processes, data management principles, and enterprise performance management platforms.
