Kering seeks an experienced Tax Manager in Milan to lead tax strategy, compliance, and optimization across the luxury Group's international operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on direct and indirect tax matters affecting the Group at both Italian and international levels
  • Manage and review tax incentive programs and tax benefits, including Patent Box, VAT-related matters, R&D tax credits, and tax refunds
  • Support Group companies during tax audits, assessments, inspections, and litigation-related matters, coordinating with external advisors
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality tax services and compliance activities in line with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Participate in the preparation and review of tax returns and related compliance obligations
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and tax reporting processes for Group entities
  • Identify, assess, and implement tax optimization opportunities while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
  • Support preparation and maintenance of Transfer Pricing documentation, including Country Files and intercompany pricing analyses
  • Monitor legislative developments and evaluate their impact on Group operations
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, Legal, and external advisors on cross-functional and international projects

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant tax experience, gained within a multinational company, a leading consulting firm, or combination of both
  • Strong expertise in corporate taxation, international tax matters, transfer pricing, and tax compliance
  • Solid understanding of Italian tax legislation and its application within an international environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax reporting/compliance tools
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with pragmatic and business-focused approach
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and autonomy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant tax experience, gained within a multinational company, a leading consulting firm, or a combination of both. Demonstrated expertise in corporate taxation, international tax matters, and transfer pricing within a complex, global business environment. Proven track record in managing tax compliance, audits, and strategic tax optimization initiatives.

Education

Master's degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional specialization or Master's degree in International Taxation is considered a strong plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 50,000 per annum.
