Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and management of tax matters, focusing on Withholding Taxes, Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and Customs Duties.
- Support the provision of tax advice through internal memos and communications, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
- Identify, assess, and implement tax planning opportunities in direct and indirect taxes, including customs.
- Aid in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation, including Country Files and Disclosure Forms.
- Conduct tax impact analysis related to market expansion and new distribution channels, including digital and e-commerce models.
Qualifications
- Academic background in Tax Law, Economics, or Accounting.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, though an interest in international taxation and digital economy trends is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Tax Law, Economics, or Accounting.
