Kering Talent Management and Analytics Intern internship in Paris, supporting performance reviews, talent analytics and succession planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Group-wide annual performance review campaign across all Houses, tracking progress and submitted forms, analyzing data at each stage, preparing summaries and reports for the Houses, consolidating Group results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support the organization and evolution of Talent Reviews by consolidating year-end review results, helping prepare the next campaign, continuously improving content and tools in line with Group strategic priorities, preparing communications and training materials, analyzing data, and monitoring associated action plans.
- Monitor and update succession plans for key Group positions, incorporating changes from Talent Reviews, consolidating information, and producing analyses to support talent management and succession-planning decisions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master 2 degree at a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong motivation, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and initiative.
- Attention to detail, rigor, and reliability in execution.
- Very strong analytical skills and the ability to step back and identify key messages.
- Comfortable using Excel to check and clean data, analyze and structure information, and present and tell the story of results.
