The Talent Acquisition Partner delivers end-to-end recruitment across Corporate and Retail functions for multiple Kering Houses, partnering with HR teams and hiring managers on sourcing, hiring strategy and recruitment operations. Based in London, the role reports to the Talent Acquisition Hub Manager and contributes to consistent, high-quality recruitment services across the Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Corporate and Retail roles, from role briefing through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers across individual and high-volume recruitment.
- Partner with HR teams and hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce needs and hiring challenges, providing recruitment advice, market insights and talent acquisition strategies to support informed hiring decisions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, attract and engage high-quality, diverse talent, building talent pipelines through direct sourcing, external partnerships, campus initiatives and employer branding activities.
- Collaborate across multiple Houses, adapting to different brand cultures and priorities and contributing to shared Recruitment Hub objectives.
- Apply Group Talent Acquisition processes, tools and standards consistently; maintain data quality, governance and compliance; and identify opportunities to improve recruitment practices and ways of working.
- Monitor recruitment activity to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and positive hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience using Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required.
- Familiarity with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required.
- Knowledge of Eightfold is advantageous.
