Kering Talent Acquisition Intern in Paris, supporting early-career recruitment across the EMEA Centre of Excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit early-career talent, including interns, apprentices and recent graduates.
- Identify and source a diverse candidate pool using keyword and Boolean searches, and create and maintain qualified talent pools.
- Organize phone pre-screenings and digital interviews, participate in interviews, and provide an engaging, high-quality candidate experience.
- Partner with the Sourcing Specialist on hard-to-fill and/or high-volume roles, and propose a suitable candidate shortlist.
- Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support a smooth application and recruitment process.
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and stakeholder interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
- Passion for working with people, interest in human resources, and eagerness to deepen knowledge of Talent Acquisition.
- Proactive, curious and cooperative, with a strong team spirit.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality, exercise discretion and adhere to high ethical standards.
- Current Master’s-level student in business, human resources or a related field.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel.
