About Kering

The role sits within Kering Group's Talent team and will interface with multiple maisons across markets.
Kering — Talent Acquisition Intern in Milan. Support the Group Talent team on global TA projects, candidate experience and training. Fluent English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Group Talent Acquisition team in analysing and improving candidate experience across processes and tools.
- Help update, consolidate and document Talent Acquisition tools, process guidelines and best practices using a data-driven approach.
- Manage regular communications for the Talent Acquisition community—including posts with market insights, trends and innovations—to boost engagement.
- Coordinate relationships and day-to-day interactions with external providers involved in global recruitment activities.
- Contribute to the design, organisation and deployment of Talent Acquisition training programs and related learning materials.
- Support cross-border HR projects with global impact and collaborate closely with stakeholders across Paris, Milan and other markets.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for human resources and a clear interest in Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Fluent English (speaking and writing); additional languages are an advantage.
- Confident user of Power Point and Excel.
- Highly organised with strong follow-up skills, meticulous attention to detail and a persistent, solution-oriented approach.
- Proactive, curious and cooperative with a collaborative team-player attitude.
- Creative yet hands‑on: able to translate ideas and content into clear, engaging presentations and communications.
Skills
Experience
Primarily an entry-level internship: no specific years of professional experience required. Previous internships or project work in HR, recruitment or Talent Acquisition are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in progress or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
