Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Group Talent Acquisition team to improve candidate experience by analysing processes, tracking tool adoption and delivering targeted internal projects.
- Update and consolidate recruitment tools, process guidelines and documentation using a data‑driven approach.
- Curate and publish regular communications for the Talent Acquisition community, sharing market insights, trends and innovations.
- Manage relationships with external providers engaged in global talent acquisition activities and coordinate supplier deliverables.
- Assist in the design, organisation and deployment of Talent Acquisition training initiatives across the Group.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
- High attention to detail, organised with proven follow-up discipline and a persistent, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, curious and collaborative team player with a creative yet pragmatic approach to tasks.
Skills
Experience
No specific seniority required; suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment or people operations is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
