Kering seeks a Talent Acquisition Apprentice in Paris, joining the EMEA team in September 2026 to support luxury recruitment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment of young talent, including interns, apprentices, and recent graduates
- Identify and source diverse candidate pools through keyword research, Boolean search queries, and development of qualified talent pipelines
- Organize pre-qualification phone screenings and digital interviews, participate in interviews, and ensure an engaging, high-quality candidate experience
- Partner with the Sourcing Specialist on hard-to-fill positions and high-volume recruitment initiatives, proposing suitable candidate selections
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth candidate and recruitment workflow
- Contribute to reporting and monitoring of key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
- Holder of or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, human resources, or related field
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal qualities
- Outstanding organizational ability with meticulous attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks with clear prioritization
- Proactive, curious, cooperative, and strong team player
- Ability to strictly adhere to confidentiality rules, maintain discretion, and uphold high ethical standards
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Skills
Experience
Passionate about human relations and interested in human resources; motivated to develop expertise in talent acquisition. Experience with candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, or HR administration preferred but not required for this apprenticeship position.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, human resources, or related discipline; currently pursuing or holder of such qualification.
