Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver MIL projects focused on implementing more sustainable textile solutions across Kering Houses’ collections and supply chains.
  • Plan, prioritise and coordinate multiple concurrent activities, ensuring clear delegation and cross‑team collaboration within the MIL.
  • Liaise with strategic suppliers, program developers, certification bodies and industry partners to drive project milestones and validate material solutions.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to Kering Houses by translating MIL expertise into product‑level guidance and preferred material specifications.
  • Maintain and contribute to the MIL materials library and the technical validation of material options.
  • Ensure accurate weekly and monthly activity tracking and reporting for managed projects and teams, and facilitate effective internal and external communication.

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering, environmental science, business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record in project management within textiles, materials or supply‑chain contexts.
  • Solid knowledge of textile supply chains and the luxury fashion sector, including familiarity with sustainable material standards and certification processes.
  • Highly organised, rigorous and detail‑oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to operate effectively in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
