Kering seeks a Sustainable Sourcing Intern in Paris to support Water Resilience Labs, supply chain initiatives, and environmental reporting within the group's sustainability team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the launch and project management of the first two Water Resilience Labs in Italy and South Africa, ensuring all parties meet scheduled milestones
- Manage project communications, structuring internal updates and collaborating with communications teams on external messaging and institutional affairs
- Develop and finalize project metrics and measurements as the Water Resilience Labs transition from design to implementation phase
- Respond to luxury house sourcing queries by researching and applying Kering Standards, certifications, and supplier profiles
- Contribute to revamping Kering's SBTN (Science-Based Targets for Nature) commitments to ensure measured progress and accountability
- Support the deployment of Regenerative Agriculture for Fashion guidelines to facilitate brand adoption of sustainable materials
- Assist in implementing key biodiversity, animal welfare, and sustainable raw material production projects aligned with team objectives
- Create operational dashboards and tools to facilitate project delivery and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in sustainable business, environmental science, sustainability, agronomy, or environmental engineering (or related field)
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- High-level fluency in English and French; Italian working knowledge is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex sustainability concepts clearly
- Prior experience in sustainability, sourcing, or fashion supply chains is a plus

Experience
Interest in fashion supply chains and demonstrated willingness to develop solutions in the sustainability space. Prior internship or professional experience in sustainability or sourcing is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in sustainable business, environmental science, sustainability, agronomy, environmental engineering, or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
