Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year transformation roadmap for Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Insurance, General Services, and Health & Safety, aligning with Group strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Translate regulatory, operational, and strategic constraints into actionable programs and investment choices.
- Manage the global budget for the portfolio, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost rationalization.
- Design and implement Group-level governance frameworks, including steering committees and decision forums.
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering accountability and performance.
- Drive effective collaboration across Corporate functions, IT teams, and Houses.
- Establish a scalable program management and governance model applicable across additional Corporate domains.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale programs in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing significant budgets.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to shape vision and drive execution.
- Highly credible with senior stakeholders, capable of influencing and advising at C-level.
- Fluent in English and French.

Extensive experience in managing complex, large-scale programs within international, multi-stakeholder environments, particularly in IT, Digital, Transformation, and Corporate Programs.
Education
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
