Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the multi-year transformation roadmap for Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Insurance, General Services, and Health & Safety, aligning with Group strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate regulatory, operational, and strategic constraints into actionable programs and investment choices.
  • Manage the global budget for the portfolio, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost rationalization.
  • Design and implement Group-level governance frameworks, including steering committees and decision forums.
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering accountability and performance.
  • Drive effective collaboration across Corporate functions, IT teams, and Houses.
  • Establish a scalable program management and governance model applicable across additional Corporate domains.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale programs in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing significant budgets.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to shape vision and drive execution.
  • Highly credible with senior stakeholders, capable of influencing and advising at C-level.
  • Fluent in English and French.

Experience
