Kering seeks a Supply Chain Specialist – Wholesale in Wayne, NJ. Manage EDI order flows, wholesale shipments, invoicing and cross‑functional coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor, compile and report the end‑to‑end lifecycle of wholesale orders from market allocation through invoicing for US Sales and Merchandising teams.
- Coordinate forecasts and order execution with Finance, Demand Planning and local wholesale teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Maintain weekly status communications with brand teams regarding shipments, invoicing and any open issues.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert on special projects impacting the wholesale business.
- Act as liaison between the US Sales organization and the Europe‑based Customer Service team to drive timely completion of supply‑chain milestones.
- Prepare and validate all information required to upload EDI orders (seasonal buys, pricing, delivery windows) and resolve data discrepancies.
- Monitor incoming EDI purchase orders daily to ensure successful receipt and correct ERP integration.
- Review orders for discrepancies (missing data, invalid SKUs, price mismatches, incorrect ship windows or customer‑specific rule violations) and drive remediation.
- Investigate root causes of supply chain issues and recommend corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
- Partner with brand sales teams to verify and implement seasonal price lists and pricing events.
- Manage release flows for Cross‑dock and Pick & Pack operations and coordinate with Transportation and Operations to meet designated shipping windows.
- Track and report KPIs for wholesale deliveries, order processing and shipments; escalate trends to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage wholesale Return Authorizations and maintain the wholesale customer master in coordination with Accounts Receivable and Vendor Guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with routing guides and EDI requirements; manage, investigate and dispute chargeback claims.
- Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to deliver high‑quality service to wholesale partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem‑solving, escalation and communication skills
- High level of autonomy, curiosity and capacity for self‑directed learning
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel
- Familiarity with wholesale routing guides and EDI flows (850, 860, 856, 810)
- Professional demeanor and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Manhattan, NetSuite) is a plus
