Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct social and environmental audits across Italian manufacturing suppliers to ensure compliance with Kering Group standards and the Kering Code of Ethics
  • Evaluate potential risks within supplier operations, document irregularities in accordance with Kering risk policies, and communicate findings to suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Review and assess corrective actions implemented by suppliers following audit recommendations
  • Collaborate with external audit teams to provide technical expertise, finalize comprehensive audit reports, and support audit quality assurance
  • Identify and escalate risk areas to Kering Houses, ensuring rigorous follow-up on all non-conformances and irregularities
  • Apply statistical analysis tools to identify, interpret, and communicate risk patterns and trends across audit datasets

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering, sociology, law, or economics
  • Demonstrated experience conducting social or environmental audits
  • Knowledge of SA8000 international standard certification and Italian labor law
  • Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages preferred
  • Valid driving license
