Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive social and environmental audits of suppliers in Italy, evaluating risks and documenting irregularities in accordance with Kering risk policies
- Ensure compliance of the Kering Group with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics throughout the supply chain
- Review and validate corrective actions implemented by suppliers following audit findings
- Collaborate with external audit teams to provide technical review and finalize audit reports
- Communicate audit results and findings to suppliers and relevant Kering Houses, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Identify, analyze, and interpret risk patterns and trends using statistical tools and data analysis methodologies
- Maintain meticulous audit documentation and manage the audit workflow from initiation through resolution
- Provide rigorous follow-up on all identified irregularities and track remediation progress
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, socio-economic studies, or related discipline
- Robust knowledge of SA8000 international standard
- Comprehensive understanding of Italian Labour Law and Health and Safety legislation
- Proven experience conducting social and environmental audits
- Understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing sector operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driving license
- Fluent in both Italian and English (both languages required); Chinese language proficiency is advantageous
