Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
  • Conduct audits to evaluate potential risks and record irregularities in alignment with Kering's risk policy.
  • Communicate audit results and outputs to suppliers and manage audit documentation.
  • Perform audits primarily in Italy, with occasional international travel.
  • Evaluate and verify corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
  • Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
  • Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and provide rigorous follow-up on all irregularities.
  • Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
  • Experience in conducting social or environmental audits.
  • Knowledge of SA8000 international standard and Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.

Skills

Analytical problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills in Italian and English; Chinese is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

Experience in social or environmental auditing, with an understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.

Education

Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
