Kering Supply Chain Social Auditor – Penne, Italy. Conduct audits, ensure compliance with international standards and Code of Ethics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure Kering Group compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics
  • Conduct social and environmental audits across Italian suppliers, identifying and documenting potential risks and irregularities in accordance with Kering risk policies
  • Evaluate and communicate audit results and findings to suppliers, managing all associated audit documentation
  • Review and assess corrective actions implemented by suppliers in response to audit findings
  • Support external audit teams with technical expertise and finalize comprehensive audit reports
  • Identify and escalate potential risk areas to relevant Kering Houses, maintaining rigorous follow-up on all identified irregularities
  • Apply statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret risk patterns and trends across audit datasets

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering or socio-economic areas
  • Robust knowledge of SA8000 international standard
  • Comprehensive understanding of Italian Labour Law and Health and Safety legislation
  • Proven experience conducting social and environmental audits
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing sector operations
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluent in both Italian and English (both required); Chinese language proficiency is a plus
