Kering Supply Chain Social Auditor, Penne Italy – Ensure ethical luxury supply chain practices with social audits and compliance oversight.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure Kering Group compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics
- Perform social and environmental audits in Italy, evaluating potential risks and documenting irregularities in accordance with Kering risk policy
- Communicate audit findings and outputs to suppliers and manage all audit documentation
- Review and evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers to address identified irregularities
- Provide technical support to external audit teams and finalize comprehensive audit reports
- Identify, communicate, and track risk areas to relevant Kering Houses with rigorous follow-up on all non-conformances
- Utilize statistical analysis tools to identify, interpret, and monitor risk patterns and trends across data sets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or socio-economic disciplines
- Demonstrated experience conducting social and environmental audits
- Robust knowledge of SA8000 international standard
- Comprehensive knowledge of Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation
- Understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing sector operations
- Valid driving license
- Fluent in both Italian and English (both required); Chinese language is advantageous
- Microsoft Office proficiency

Demonstrated experience in conducting social and environmental audits, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector. Familiarity with international audit standards and compliance frameworks is essential.
Education
Master's degree in engineering or socio-economic areas.

The successful candidate will be located in Penne, Abruzzo, Italy, with easy access to Pescara.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
