Kering Supply Chain Social Auditor, Penne Italy – Ensure ethical luxury supply chain practices with social audits and compliance oversight.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure Kering Group compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics
  • Perform social and environmental audits in Italy, evaluating potential risks and documenting irregularities in accordance with Kering risk policy
  • Communicate audit findings and outputs to suppliers and manage all audit documentation
  • Review and evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers to address identified irregularities
  • Provide technical support to external audit teams and finalize comprehensive audit reports
  • Identify, communicate, and track risk areas to relevant Kering Houses with rigorous follow-up on all non-conformances
  • Utilize statistical analysis tools to identify, interpret, and monitor risk patterns and trends across data sets

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering or socio-economic disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience conducting social and environmental audits
  • Robust knowledge of SA8000 international standard
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing sector operations
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluent in both Italian and English (both required); Chinese language is advantageous
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Compensation
