Kering Supply Chain Social Auditor in Montebello Vicentino, Italy. €30K starting salary. Audit supplier compliance with social and environmental standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct social and environmental audits at supplier facilities in Italy, evaluating potential risks and recording irregularities in accordance with Kering risk policy
- Ensure Kering Group compliance with international standards including SA8000 and Italian labor law and health and safety legislation
- Communicate audit results and outputs to suppliers; manage audit documentation and coordinate corrective action implementation
- Provide technical review and support to external audit teams; finalize audit reports with rigorous analysis
- Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses with comprehensive follow-up on all irregularities
- Utilize statistical tools and data analysis to identify, interpret, and monitor risk patterns and emerging trends across supply chain datasets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or socio-economic disciplines
- Proven experience conducting social and environmental audits
- Robust knowledge of SA8000 international standard
- Comprehensive knowledge of Italian labor law and health and safety legislation
- Fluent Italian and English language proficiency (both required)
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel frequently

Experience
Proven experience carrying out social and environmental audits. Understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing sector is advantageous. Knowledge of luxury manufacturing or leather goods production is preferred.
Education
Master's degree in engineering or socio-economic areas (e.g., sociology, labor relations, sustainability, supply chain management)
