Kering Supply Chain Social Auditor in Montebello Vicentino, Italy. €30K starting salary. Audit supplier compliance with social and environmental standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct social and environmental audits at supplier facilities in Italy, evaluating potential risks and recording irregularities in accordance with Kering risk policy
  • Ensure Kering Group compliance with international standards including SA8000 and Italian labor law and health and safety legislation
  • Communicate audit results and outputs to suppliers; manage audit documentation and coordinate corrective action implementation
  • Provide technical review and support to external audit teams; finalize audit reports with rigorous analysis
  • Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses with comprehensive follow-up on all irregularities
  • Utilize statistical tools and data analysis to identify, interpret, and monitor risk patterns and emerging trends across supply chain datasets

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering or socio-economic disciplines
  • Proven experience conducting social and environmental audits
  • Robust knowledge of SA8000 international standard
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Italian labor law and health and safety legislation
  • Fluent Italian and English language proficiency (both required)
  • Valid driving license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel frequently
