Kering Supply Chain Social Auditor in Milan: ensure luxury supply chain compliance with international standards and ethical practices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure Kering Group compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics
- Conduct comprehensive social and environmental audits; evaluate potential risks and document irregularities in accordance with Kering risk policy
- Communicate audit results and outputs to suppliers; manage and maintain audit documentation
- Check and evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers
- Support external audit teams with technical review and finalize audit reports
- Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses with rigorous follow-up on all irregularities
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or socio-economic disciplines
- Demonstrated experience conducting social and environmental audits
- Robust knowledge of SA8000 international standard
- Robust knowledge of Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation
- Fluent Italian and English communication (both required); Chinese language preferred
- Valid driving license
- Microsoft Office proficiency

Experience carrying out social and environmental audits; understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing sector is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in engineering or socio-economic areas.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
