Kering Supply Chain Security Expert – Industrial in Milan. Lead industrial security and risk management across manufacturing sites. €30K+ annual.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive risk assessments across manufacturing sites, focusing on raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods protection
  • Define and deploy industrial security standards and controls, ensuring consistency and compliance across all sites
  • Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to identify strategic and high-risk suppliers using data-driven criteria, prioritizing on-site security visits
  • Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in production processes and internal material flows through targeted implementation plans
  • Manage and coordinate security incidents and investigations, including theft, internal fraud, and loss prevention
  • Drive execution, tracking, and follow-up of audit findings and corrective action plans to completion
  • Support the implementation and optimization of physical security solutions including CCTV, access control systems, and perimeter protection
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the industrial security framework and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in humanistic or scientific field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Security, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Proven expertise in incident management and investigations
  • Solid understanding of industrial risk scenarios and internal/external threat dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across site-level and central functions
  • Knowledge of risk management and supply chain security frameworks such as ISO 28000, ISO 31000, and TAPA
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Willingness to undertake domestic travel as required

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
