Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and plan audit activities across the supply chain, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all relevant suppliers.
  • Prioritize and schedule audits to optimize performance and minimize delays.
  • Utilize internal databases and Business Intelligence tools for scheduling activities.
  • Coordinate with internal audit teams and external auditors both domestically and internationally.
  • Maintain direct communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate audit execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Scientific or Humanistic Disciplines or equivalent education.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in Italian and English, with additional proficiency in French or Chinese considered advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

Experience

1 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to planning or auditing activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
