Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments from suppliers to warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage daily communications with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams.
- Track stock levels and prepare basic reports to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy in internal systems and documentation.
- Escalate operational issues or delays and contribute to practical solutions.
- Perform administrative tasks to streamline supply chain processes.
- Support the Manager in extraordinary activities and projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.
