Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as central liaison between suppliers, carriers, Kering Operations, and brand teams to ensure seamless flow of non-merchandise materials
  • Collaborate with or assume direct ownership of distribution planning to align with evolving market demands, business priorities, and stock optimization objectives
  • Review customer orders and production capacities to define, independently or collaboratively, appropriate production quantities and scheduling priorities
  • Monitor non-merchandise flow status and excess inventory levels; prepare group reports to maintain optimal stock levels and distribution efficiency
  • Quickly assess and respond to urgent or unexpected supply chain disruptions, mobilizing necessary resources and partners to minimize operational impact
  • Ensure regularity, quality, and timing of non-merchandise order management from collection through warehouse delivery using internal mainframe systems
  • Continuously monitor business and stock evolution, proactively implementing adjustments to supply chain processes and workflows
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse partners, monitoring shipments from source to delivery
  • Apply strong problem-solving capabilities to minimize operational disruptions and maintain exceptional in-store customer experience

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Fluency in English and Italian; French language knowledge highly valued
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; ERP system experience preferred
