Kering seeks a Supply Chain and Logistics Business Analyst to lead reporting and analytics for the Americas, develop scalable data products, and deliver operational insights across supply chain and logistics. The role supports performance management, automation, AI adoption, and cross-functional initiatives. Salary: $110,000–$115,000 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead development of the Americas Supply Chain and Logistics Operations reporting and analytics framework, using data to improve B2B and B2C service performance from global freight forwarding through last-mile transportation.
  • Deliver insights to brands and translate business forecasts and operational trends into actionable recommendations for the Operations team.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting for Americas Supply Chain, Logistics, After-Sales, and Import/Export operations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and self-service analytics solutions for operational, tactical, and executive decision-making.
  • Monitor KPI performance, establish alerts, communicate findings, and recommend actions to stakeholders.
  • Create and distribute automated reporting to Americas teams, brand partners, and Supply Chain leadership.
  • Implement and manage reporting governance standards, KPI definitions, and Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data integrity and appropriate access controls.
  • Monitor report performance and optimize reporting architecture and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain Consumer-Aligned Data Products (CADPs) and scalable analytical datasets in GCP for Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations reporting.
  • Translate business requirements and operational processes into data models, KPI definitions, and reporting solutions.
  • Integrate, transform, and maintain data from internal and external sources, including ERP, WMS, transportation carriers, customs brokers, and third-party partners.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and traceability across reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Establish documentation and governance standards to maintain a single source of truth across the organization.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimize reporting activities, business processes, and operational workflows.
  • Use AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to improve reporting, decision-making, knowledge management, and team productivity.
  • Reduce manual reporting through automation, scalable data solutions, and process redesign.
  • Promote adoption of AI and best practices across the Supply Chain and Logistics organization.
  • Develop weekly and monthly performance reporting for Kering Americas brands and Supply Chain leadership, providing visibility into operational performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Participate in recurring business reviews and Top Supplier meetings to assess performance, validate reporting assumptions, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, define meaningful metrics, and uncover analytical opportunities.
  • Conduct strategic performance reviews and monitor progress against action plans and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Provide analytical expertise and data ownership support across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Innovation initiatives.
  • Partner with Senior Project Managers, the Worldwide Methods & Innovation team, and the Worldwide Supply Chain Data Analytics team.
  • Support development of scalable reporting, analytics, and data product capabilities across the Americas.
  • Identify opportunities to improve KPI visibility, operational efficiency, and business performance through data, technology, and process innovation.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, or reporting, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience developing scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards and semantic models, including KPI development, data modeling, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data environments.
  • Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple operational and external sources, including ERP, WMS, transportation carriers, customs brokers, and third-party data providers.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, master data management tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, draw conclusions, and make informed recommendations.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and automation technologies to improve reporting, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement reporting automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across functions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
