Stock Keeper position at Kering in Ingolstadt, Germany. Manage inventory, merchandise deliveries, and stock operations for luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process merchandise deliveries and shipments, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and timely system uploads
- Manage stock-related activities including cycle counts, inventories, ticketing, price changes, consignments, and reservations
- Maintain optimal organization of storage space for both current and past collections in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor packaging supply levels and track, report, and manage defective products
- Adhere strictly to stock management and loss prevention policies, promptly reporting irregularities and suspicious activities
- Participate in inventory counts and stock takes, identifying and investigating discrepancies per company procedures
- Partner with the sales team to support product launches, display installations, merchandise transfers, and operational activities
- Maintain a safe and compliant back-of-house environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and addressing stockroom hazards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar stock or inventory role, preferably within fashion retail or luxury sector
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with ability to inspire trust and teamwork
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage inventory efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software
- Good communication skills to collaborate with store management and sales teams
- Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required
