Kering Spare Parts Coordinator in Wayne, NJ – manage inventory, repair logistics, and customer service for luxury after-sales operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory control and oversight of spare parts stock
- Receive, pick, organize, and ship spare parts according to process flows
- Order and manage spare parts procurement
- Review incoming repair tickets and assess product damage and repairability
- Receive and process inbound cartons, relocating items to appropriate workflows
- Pick and organize items into shelves and cart queues for fulfillment
- Ship completed repair items to stores, customers, and wholesale partners
- Maintain detailed logs of all shipping and receiving activities
- Coordinate closely with the Craftsman Repair Team to ensure operational continuity
- Process customer and store requests for repair evaluations
- Communicate with external stakeholders regarding repair requests and service status updates
- Assess product repairability and provide expert guidance on repair options
- Liaise with repair teams, spare parts personnel, and logistics operations for seamless workflows
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years' professional experience in client service, operations, inventory, or logistics roles within the Americas region
- Fluent in English
- Strong computer proficiency with demonstrated ability to operate multiple software systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Deep appreciation for high-level craftsmanship in luxury goods
- Spanish or Italian language skills preferred

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience working in client service, operations, inventory management, or logistics roles within the Americas region. Experience in the luxury fashion industry is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
