Kering is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Support Assistant for its Central Distribution Center in Trecate, Novara, on a fixed-term contract under the National Collective Labour Agreement for Leather and Related Industries, Umbrellas and Parasols. The role supports Shipping Office and Customer Service activities through shipment documentation, Goods Receipt Declaration administration, reporting, and outbound transport monitoring. Indicative starting compensation is €26,000 annually, with an annual bonus opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the daily activities of the Shipping Office and Customer Service department.
- Manage, share with the 3PL, and archive the documents required to ensure shipments.
- Update reporting tools to track shipment execution.
- Update standard appointment statuses in dedicated reporting tools, following warehouse execution step by step and enabling measurement of Goods Receipt Declaration SLAs.
- Generate, forward, and archive all documents related to Goods Receipt Declarations.
- Update reporting in dedicated tools for Goods Receipt Declarations.
- Manage and archive shipping documents for Ex-Works shipping flows.
- Report on and monitor outbound transport flows.
Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian; English is also desirable.
- Ability and willingness to work in a team.
- Good communication skills.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 26,000 per annum.
