Role & Responsibilities
- Support feature and release planning activities, coordinating timelines and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives by reviewing existing IT processes, documenting workflows and proposing optimisation opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date process guides, technical documentation and release notes for newly delivered functionalities.
- Draft monthly communications for the IT community summarising new features and improvements.
- Create and maintain reports on activities, processes and KPIs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Graduate or final‑year student in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Communication or a related discipline.
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework; experience with user-centred design or creative tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and an organised approach to structured information.
- Effective team player with good written and verbal communication skills.

Previous internship experience or academic projects in IT service management, process documentation, release planning or business analysis is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Degree (or final‑year student) in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Communication or equivalent.
