Kering seeks Senior Supply Chain Specialist – Wholesale in Wayne, NJ to lead wholesale order lifecycle operations and drive cross-functional alignment for luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the analytical tracking and reporting of the wholesale order lifecycle, providing actionable insights to Sales, Merchandising, and leadership teams
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting to measure performance across order intake, allocation, fulfillment, and invoicing
- Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, translating findings into clear recommendations for operational improvement
- Partner with Finance, Demand Planning, and Wholesale teams to validate forecast accuracy and ensure alignment with operational execution
- Analyze variances between forecast, pipeline, and actuals, highlighting risks to revenue realization
- Serve as subject matter expert for SAP order processing and EDI integration (850, 860, 856, 810), ensuring data integrity and process reliability
- Oversee monitoring and validation of EDI purchase orders, ensuring accurate ingestion into SAP and compliance with customer-specific requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve systemic data issues including pricing discrepancies, SKU mismatches, and delivery constraints impacting order execution
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain and order management issues, driving corrective and preventive actions
- Lead initiatives to standardize and optimize workflows across brands, improving efficiency and scalability in SAP and EDI processes
- Act as subject matter expert for cross-functional projects, including system enhancements and post-migration stabilization efforts
- Drive alignment between US Sales, European Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Inventory Control, and Logistics teams
- Lead structured governance cadences with brands, focusing on performance insights, risks, and resolution plans
- Ensure clear ownership and accountability across stakeholders for order completeness, pricing accuracy, and execution milestones
- Define and monitor critical wholesale KPIs including order processing accuracy, fulfillment performance, on-time delivery, and invoicing timelines
- Assess operational performance against routing guides, EDI compliance, and customer requirements, mitigating risks such as chargebacks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Wholesale Operations, or Order Management
- Advanced expertise in SAP and EDI order processing (850, 860, 856, 810)
- Strong analytical skillset with ability to translate data into business insights and executive-level messaging
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Power BI experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across regions
- Strong problem-solving mindset with experience in root cause analysis and process improvement
- Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments, particularly within system transformations such as SAP migrations
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership

Experience
5+ years in Supply Chain, Wholesale Operations, or Order Management, with demonstrated expertise in SAP and EDI systems, order lifecycle management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement in complex luxury or consumer goods environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 35 to USD 39 per hour.
