Kering seeks a Senior Okta IAM & CIAM Expert in Paris to lead identity ecosystem evolution across its luxury Maisons portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of Okta Workforce Identity and Okta Customer Identity Cloud architecture at Group scale, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, digital, and business priorities
- Define a target vision for customer identity management across all Maisons, balancing security requirements, usability, technical scalability, and digital experience quality
- Assess existing CIAM implementations, identify consolidation and maturity opportunities, and develop a transformation roadmap with clear business and security outcomes
- Support Maisons in strengthening their Okta CIAM tenants, reducing identity-related risks, and adopting modern, passwordless authentication journeys
- Design and oversee complex SSO and API integrations, implement new platform capabilities, and deliver training programs for support teams
- Establish Group-wide CIAM governance frameworks, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (business, digital, cybersecurity, technology), and align practices across brands
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable Okta solutions aligned with customer experience and security objectives
- Facilitate architecture design workshops, contribute to high-level and low-level design documentation, and challenge implementation decisions made by integrators and vendors
- Support build, testing, deployment, and operational transition phases for identity platform enhancements
- Identify and drive modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across identity services
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Engineering school graduate with specialization in cybersecurity, systems, networking, or software development
- Okta Workforce Identity certification
- Okta Customer Identity Cloud certification
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Identity and Access Management in complex, international, security-sensitive environments
- Deep expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, MFA, and passwordless authentication mechanisms
- Demonstrated experience designing large-scale identity architectures and conducting security audits
- Strong understanding of customer authentication journeys, API security, and account protection
- Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, Identity Governance platforms, Customer Data Platforms, CRM systems, or consent management solutions (e.g., OneTrust)
- Knowledge of GDPR, privacy regulations, consent management, and data minimization principles
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken

Experience
3 to 5 years of proven experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably in complex, international environments with significant security requirements and exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Demonstrated track record of designing enterprise-grade identity solutions, conducting tenant audits, and strengthening security posture across organizational boundaries.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent qualification from an engineering school, with specialization in cybersecurity, systems, networking, or software development.
