Role & Responsibilities

• Define and own multi‑year transformation roadmaps for Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Insurance, General Services and Health & Safety, aligned with Group strategy and regulatory constraints.
• Translate regulatory, operational and strategic constraints into coherent programs, investment priorities and executable project portfolios.
• Own end‑to‑end portfolio performance: delivery, value realisation, risk management and measurable business outcomes.
• Manage global CAPEX and OPEX for the perimeter, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost rationalisation.
• Build and monitor business cases, KPIs and value metrics to ensure tangible impact beyond delivery milestones.
• Design and operate Group‑level governance frameworks, steering committees and escalation models; prepare and animate executive SteerCos.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior executives and the Group CIO, providing clear, concise executive reporting and decision support.
• Lead, develop and orchestrate a multi‑disciplinary team of program leaders, domain experts and external partners to deliver at scale.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration between Corporate functions, IT and the Houses to align stakeholders and realise shared objectives.
• Establish a scalable, repeatable program management and governance model and identify continuous improvement and simplification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven senior transformation leader with extensive experience running complex, large‑scale programs in international, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated track record of leading teams and managing significant CAPEX/OPEX budgets with strong ownership for results.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise, make trade‑offs and drive parallel execution.
• High credibility with senior stakeholders; proven ability to influence and advise at C‑level.
• Excellent communicator, skilled at synthesising complexity into clear executive narratives and decisions.
• Background in IT, digital, transformation or corporate program management within complex organisations.
• Fluent in English and French.

Experience

Extensive experience leading complex, multi‑year transformation programs across corporate domains (Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Insurance, General Services, H&S) in international, multi‑stakeholder organisations, including team leadership and significant budget responsibility.

Education

Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Management or a related discipline preferred.
