Role & Responsibilities

  • Interpret complex commercial and retail lease language and documentation, including leases, amendments, and subleases
  • Conduct lease analysis, manage rent payments, and perform billing calculations
  • Manage client, vendor, and landlord relationships while resolving issues related to lease administration
  • Review landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance
  • Maintain and update critical data within the lease administration system
  • Track and maintain critical lease dates and renewal deadlines
  • Manage subtenant accounts and oversee billing and collection of third-party tenant rents
  • Train and mentor new Lease Analysts, providing guidance and responding to operational questions
  • Execute special projects as assigned by direct management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in real estate lease administration or real estate accounting with commercial lease exposure
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex commercial and retail lease language and documents
  • Advanced financial, analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail with effective organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated capacity to prioritize workload and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team settings
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise accounting systems
  • Experience with Tririga or comparable lease administration software (strong plus)

Experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate, business administration, or a related discipline.
