Kering seeks Senior Financial Controller in Paris. Join the Corporate FP&A team for month-end closes, budget management, and global financial business partnering.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly accounting closes for Kering SA (France scope) including FNP passages, reclassifications, data verification, and coordination with accounting teams via SAP
  • Verify data remittance within the HFM consolidation system and produce comprehensive close books with variance analysis against budget and prior-year performance
  • Conduct analysis of corporate investments and group-wide strategic projects, including inter-company flow reconciliation
  • Support department directors in budget construction and hypothesis validation across three annual budget cycles
  • Consolidate and challenge budgetary and forecast assumptions, integrating them into SAC, RUBIS, and HFM systems
  • Partner with global cost center directors on performance management issues and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports with detailed P&L variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year
  • Deliver detailed analyses and management recommendations based on P&L performance reviews
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for financial tools, reporting frameworks, and analytical capabilities
  • Participate in finance, data, and system transformation projects
  • Execute high-value-added ad hoc analyses including ROI assessments, benchmarking studies, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Prepare executive presentation materials and supporting documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) or higher from a business school, engineering school, or university with specialization in Finance or Management
  • Minimum 5 years of confirmed professional experience in audit or financial control
  • Fluent in both English and French (essential)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in SAP, HFM, and Power BI systems highly valued
  • Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated organizational and multidisciplinary capabilities
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Comfort with quantitative analysis and financial modeling
